Lisa Charles lives in the ACT and has been running online with us for a year now and shares some of her highlights and trail tips. She recently came 2nd female in the Stromlo Stomp 22k trail and won her first park run a couple weeks ago. She likes to mix it up between trail and road events. 

Greta Truscott & running buddy Dean Degan teamed up as "Running Hot" in 2015 to compete on Channel 7's exciting new reality cooking show Aussie BBQ Heroes. They had an amazing experience meeting the teams and the Channel 7 crew, not to mention barbecuing! G & D really took their technique and love of BBQ to the next level. They made it to the Semi-Final and full credit goes to all the fabulous teams especially those in the Final - Wow! The food and technique was incredible! 

We love our visitors at Rejoov Runners and enjoyed having Hurts squad legend, great guy and 2hrs30min marathon man Michael Ho jump in for the New Year's Eve session.
