Lamb satay skewers & teriyaki noodles

Here is our healthier version of satay which you'll love. This recipe is packed with iron, protein, carbs and heaps of veggies too either with the colourful vegetable skewers or mixed in with the noodles. The kids tend to enjoy the noodles, but if you don't want the noodles or too many carbs then you can have the vege skewers instead. You can use the satay sauce for lamb or chicken skewers or even in stir frys. Happy cooking!
