E-lab strength training for runners

We have special classes for rejoovers led by Mark Mitchell, physio and Trent Langlands, exercise physiologist at E-lab 926 Anzac Pde, Maroubra. We learn to activate the right running muscles for stronger, longer running and injury prevention. There are so many fun & cutting edge exercises plus self massaging at the end on rubber balls.
