Here's what some of our runners have for brekkie: 
1. Julie - avocado & poached egg on sour dough toast (pictured)
2. Rachel - coffee, yogurt & all bran muesli 
3. Tracy - berry smoothie & almond milk
4. Holly - banana, berries, passionfruit, cacao powder & cottage cheese 
5. Andrew - egg, spinach, bacon on mountain bread
6. Lisa - raisin toast with ricotta, walnuts & apple
>>All have some carbs, protein, vitamins and minerals i.e. calcium good for bones.
