"Greta, can't thank you and the Rejoov family enough for helping me smash my half PB by 2mins40secs in the Gold Coast Half Marathon!! All your fantastic coaching, advice and awesome and never ending support, has been such a help over the last few months training. It's great to be part of such a fab running group that continually inspire each other. Now to get back in training for the Melbourne marathon and let's hope another PB!"                                               - Lisa Kent Sherman 2017

We have found Rejoov fun and very family friendly. The group caters for all levels of fitness and all age groups (Sam is 8 and Callum 6). We love that we can get exercise with our kids; we have had some amazing mornings where our whole family has joined in on a training session. Rachel, Carl, Sam and Callum

I have been running with Greta and Chris for the past [2 yrs+]. Before that time I was an occasional runner who “jogged” a bit to help with my general fitness but never really enjoyed the running experience.
I first met Greta and Chris through my husband Warren who had trained and ran with them for several years. Warren had encouraged me to join their group for a few good reasons:
• Firstly because the group training situation would add a new level of interest in running through the encouragement of the other runners in the group.
• Following a set training program would allow for not only improved fitness and running ability but also take away the monotony of just going out on my own for a run.
• It would help me to set goals.
• A well planned running program is the best way to improve physical fitness and help control weight.
• The social aspect of group training would help to make what I had always found difficult something that was enjoyable.
My personal experience with Rejoov has proven all of the above to be true and has led me to achieve something that I would have never thought possible. This achievement is outlined in the story that follows (see Client Achievements). I hope you enjoy reading it.

"I have been running with Rejoov for 2 years now. Greta & Chris have created a fantastic running squad that caters for all runners. It has a fantastic vibe that is all about encouragement no matter what level you are at. The best runners support those slower than them and the slower team members always give a shout out to the fast guys. In 2017 Greta has helped me really knuckle down and improve my times from 5k to half marathon. I have set 7 pbs across these distances taking 1 minute 30 off my 10k PB and 5 full minutes of my half marathon time which is now at 82.15. I could not have done this without the enthusiasm and support of Greta and the Rejoov team. Anyone that wants to run with a relaxed squad that can help achieve your goals and have heaps of fun at the same time should contact Greta. Go Rejoov!"               - Matt Wacher

Best start to the day.

Rejoov gets me out of bed when it’s dark and cold..I love the positive feeling among the group. Everyone pushes each other to train harder and faster whilst not taking ourselves too seriously.
— Johnny MacCormack - Johnny is getting faster and is surely capable of a 33min 10k! His lovely wife Becca ran a beautifully paced race in the Berlin Marathon 2015 too.

I have been running since the early 1970s, but over a number of years prior to joining the Rejoov group, my interest in running had been waning so joining a group gave me a reason to turn up. The friendliness of the group also was an attraction. Coach Greta organised the sessions well with a lot of variety. Over 2 months, my fitness started to improve as did my competitiveness. I entered in a few races, which I hadn’t done in years. The Rejoov sessions have become an integral part of my training.

I felt great all through the race running the Half Marathon today. I’m sure the strength work you coached me through over the past six months played a major part in helping me today. Because of injury it’s been five years since I have run this distance, now being consistent with the running specific strength training has made the difference for me. It’s also been fun doing the drills with other likeminded runners. Thank you so much Greta

Marathon done! Amazing support right through this incredible journey. A big shout out to my fab coach Greta who got me here today and all my Rejoov running buddies

I love the friendliness and support of the group - it’s a testament to both of you [Chris & Greta] that you’ve managed to assemble such a cheerful, committed, and enthusiastic group of runners around you
