Anyone can enter the event. The event has four different distances to choose from, so there is a run to suit all fitness levels, whether you are an elite athlete, club runner, gym member, or simply someone who enjoys a social walk or jog. All event courses go over the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
A scenic start finish area on the shores of the dam, plus a mix of technical single trails, waterfalls, fire trails, and lovey dam views. The 20km course offers some very nice harbour views! Cool down with a dip in the dam after your run.
Inspired by its successful sponsorship of the New York City Marathon, officials at the bank looked for a way to create an event solely for corporate runners, and at a distance for which even a busy executive would have time to train. It was decided to try a single Corporate Challenge® race at 3.5 miles.

Saturday 17th November, 2018.
The event also raises much needed funds for Waverley Action for Youth Services (WAYS).

The North Face 100 is an annual 100km ultra-marathon trail running event located in the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park of Australia. It has been held since 2008 and has grown to become one of the most talked about endurance events of its kind. The North Face 100 now forms part of a series of similar events throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
The 2015 Australian Running Festival consists of five separate events. A range of distances cater for runners of all abilities.
The Six Foot Track is a 45km trail stretching across the Blue Mountains from The Explorer's Marked Tree, near Katoomba to Jenolan Caves. The marathon started in 1984 and follows the length of the entire trail. The race is a fundraiser for the Rural Fire Service & Six Foot Track Heritage Trust and is a prestigious race.

Sydney Striders organise an Open 10K race on the first Saturday of every month, from February through November, over three different Sydney courses. It starts at 7am and a handicap points system operates for members so that you can plot your progress over the months.
Rejoov Runners will be hosting the official 6ft Track training camp over the weekend of 20-21st January 2018 (with the event itself scheduled for 10th March 2018). This camp is open to all runners from all clubs.
For the camp you will be staying overnight in the very iconic Jenolan Caves House in shared or private accommodation, with buffet dinner and lunch included. You will gain access to most of the trail itself via our planned training run on Saturday and long run Sunday and you will be provided with invaluable advice and practical sessions around core strength, stretching, nutrition and generally what to expect on the big day.

Draft itinerary Sat 20th Jan:
12pm: Arrive in running gear and already fed earlier – camp debrief & info about the 6 foot course on the terrace, including chat from Tailwind's Gavin (6 Foot sponsor - Tailwind fluids are used on the 6 foot race stations so we recommend that you train with these)
12:30pm: Drills & stretch / Run from the finish back along the course and back – eg 8-12k
1:30pm: Stretching with Greta
2:00pm: Check in (lunch / snack DIY)
3:30pm: (45mins) Peter Sweeney, physio Bodymechanic - technique advice for running / walking parts 6 foot.. uphill .. downhill .. Injury management advice. Plus strength & conditioning session including key core strength x's, stretches and self massage techniques
4.30-5pm Hoka owner chat on shoes
5:00pm: Happy hour and ultra marathon nutrition talk by Georgie Moore (45mins)
6:00pm: Buffet dinner and trivia
Sun 21st Jan:
6:30am: Car Pool to Deviation (35km mark of the 6ft track course)
7am: Long run up to 4hrs max reverse along the course and back (no further than cox’s river)
11am: Car pool back / check out
12pm: Buffet Lunch and goal setting / training assistance chat.

At its soul, the Ned Kelly Chase is a 100km test of physical endurance. It's a battle of willpower; of grit and determination. It requires the mind and the body to rise above the adversity thrust upon them, and to find harmony in each other in order to triumph. It requires something special.
Join in the running fun at the beautiful Willandra Course, situated in the lush green foothills of Browns Mountain near Nowra. The course winds itself up and down the trails below Browns mountain and shows just why this event is coined ‘the XCC Challenge’! If you’re not interested in such a challenge, not to worry, as the event has a range of suitable options for participants of all ages & abilities, with distances starting from 2km- all the way through to 10km. The 2017 XCC Challenge incorporates the 2017 NSW Cross Country Championship as part of the event. On top of this, the event will play host to on the day activations, food and drink stalls, encaptivating race callers as well as entertaining music.
XCC FESTIVAL 3rd June 2017
If you are looking for an event to dip your toes into this winter, then look no further than the new XCC Festival on Saturday June 3 at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre at Horsley Park. The site is one of the best venues in NSW with the course traversing over some of the most picturesque and amazing trails in Sydney. There will be food, activities for the kids, education seminars include a session based on 'Exercise, Breasts and Bra Fit's' as well as a bunch of different events to participate in. The Camelbak Southern Highlands Challenge trail running festival offers a scenic and challenging route through the forests and farmland of the Southern Highlands of NSW. Runners will experience hammering singletrack, forest tracks, dirt roads and no asphalt whatsoever.
We are proposing an 8-9 night package including 6 nights at Thanyapura and then 2-3 nights at a beach side resort in Laguna close to the Phuket running festival (www.phuketmarathon.com). You can train hard for a fewdays and then an option would be to complete the Phuket marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k or kids 2k on 4/5th June. You could run it as your long run or race if you want a hard hit out.
