Lisa Sherman is a degree qualified and practicing Nutritionist. She is available for nutrition consultations in person in the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West of Sydney or via online consultations, and can provide you with practical, balanced and tailored nutritional advice and optional program online with close weekly monitoring. Lisa has been a Rejoover for many years and distance runner. She has completed a number of ultras and marathons across Australia including Canberra, Sydney, Hobart, Gold Coast and Melbourne, as well as the Kosci 100k top 20 females and Canberra Track 24hr in 182.546km, Tarawera50 NZ 2023, GC50 ultra (December 2019), Great Ocean Road 60km ultra (May 2018), and numerous half marathons with a current PB of 94:51 for Gold Coast half in 2019. A keen trail runner, ocean swimmer, pool swimmer and lover of swimrun events, Lisa is always challenging and pushing herself, with her next challenge for the Coast to Kosci 230km.

Lisa is always happy to chat at training about all things related to running and nutrition and is fully immersed and up to date with the latest and greatest for distance running including halves, marathons and ultras, to help you perform and recover well from your training, as well as day to day living to feel your best.
